Monthly Progress Report In Construction projects, Contractor needs to submit a Monthly Progress Report to the Engineer with the Work progress well describe. Normally a monthly progress report will consist of the project details, physical work progress, financial progress, resource availability, other concerns related to project progress, photos to prove monthly work done, etc. The planning engineer/ quantity surveyor of the project is preparing the report under the guidance of the project manager. Monthly progress report will be the basis for the evaluation of monthly payment certificates in general. A Sample Monthly Progress report is given below.
